Under no circumstances do you want to take your motorhome into Seattle.
Do park at the Bremerton or Bainbridge Island Ferry and walk on. Seattle is a wonderful city to explore on foot and they have a decent bus service and taxis. It is miserable to drive in the city and parking is a nightmare.
The Olympic and Kitsap Peninsulas are wonderful places to explore. Try to take a trip through the Hoh Rainforest.
