How close to Charlotte do you want to be? I've been looking for a park around Charlotte for about a month. Had some suggestions from this forum. Lake Norman Motorcoach Rv Resort was one mentioned. Not in Charlotte about 30 minutes West of Charlotte, I think. There is a Lake there. It's on the pricey side.
Most Rv parks within the Charlotte area from my searching experience, seem to be basically a place to park an Rv while you enjoy car races. Not many amenities and rates are high. If you check out rvparks review, you will see what I mean.
I've basically had to widen my search to a 45 min to hours drive out of Charlotte.Still looking. If you want PM me and I can share some places I have in mind. Most are Lakeside.
If you do find a park you like could you please share it with me? I'm looking to be in Charlotte on the 21st of May.
