Campground recommendations - Iowa City to Badlands NP

We are currently in Iowa City heading to Badlands National Park in a few days. We have 2 nights to camp en route so I would appreciate suggestions. We prefer non-commerical parks such as COE, State ...

We stayed in Yankton, SD at the Lewis & Clark Recreation area. They have 50 amp but no water or sewer. It's a really nice campground right on the lake.

We then took 81 to 18 to 281 to the Badlands.
