Campground w/ paved road and pad Lancaster/York area
As the title says we need to find somewhere high and dry for the next several days. We know there is a lot of rain coming and that is why I am asking for help. Thanks.

What is your definition of a pad? Concrete or asphalt?
I don't believe Spring Gulch has paved pads, at least in the upper section - it's all gravel/dirt.
I believe KOA Philadelphia/West Chester in Coatesville has some paved pads.
Spring Gulch is all combination grass/stone/gravel sites...
Should not have a problem with water as there is a lake , but that is pretty far from MOST of the sites...
