In my experience, no one website or app includes all campgrounds. I use the following general websites:
RV Park Reviews, Passport America, Allstays, RV Parky, and
Woodalls.
Free Campgrounds, Free Campsites and the Escapees Days End Directory have a mix of low cost and free campgrounds, dry camping and boondocking locations.
U.S. Campgrounds, National Forest Campground Guide, the Ultimate Public Campground Project, and Corps of Engineers Campgrounds are good resources for local, state and federal campgrounds.
Boondockers Welcome and Harvest Host are groups that support low cost overnight stops.
Some of these websites allow you to download the data so that it can be displayed as POIs on a GPS or mapping program which I find extremely valuable when looking for a one night stop enroute.
