Campgrounds 3-4 Hours From NYC?

We are on Long Island and looking for a campground about 3-4 hours away from NYC for next summer. We have 3 campers but also need a cabin rental that is pet friendly.

Campsite and cabin must have water, electric and sewer.
Campsite and cabin must be dog friendly.
Must be a variety of activities for kids and adults in and around the campground. There are 4 boys age 8-11 who love sports. Also 2 couples around 40 who don't have kids as well as grandparents who would enjoy a night at a casino but the casino isn't a dealbreaker.

We've been to Lake George RV Park and Normandy Farms and these sure fit the bill. We'll probably go back to both of these parks but want to try somewhere else first so we're looking for ideas.

I'd love to go south or west of NYC but that's not a dealbreaker. I'm also open to expanding my 3-4 hour radius but not by too much since it takes an hour and a half just to get away from NYC.

Recently got back from Normandy Farms and my sister was able to bring her dog to the cabin. Frontier Town in Maryland also has pet friendly cabins and that's a place that looks like it may fit the bill for us.

You are an optimist on the hour and half. Hour and a half on the Cross Bronx sometimes. But a little over 4 hours from GWB is Turning Stone Casino AND RESORT
    Exit 33 NYS Thruway.
Closer in is the Delaware water GAp at the west end of NJ I80

Haha, we always leave home by 5am for trips like this and usually are OK.
