Use the google maps traffic info to see what traffic is like in real time, but also historically, based on time, to help you decide the best routes around with the best times.
Yes very nice area along the coast. I walk, DW uses scooter and just beautiful along the coast. This is one of our favorite RV parks. Also nice restaurants close by near the RV park. Just don't venture away from the local coastal area. Several blocks north crime is a problem but not in the coastal area.
