Just to the south entrance to Yellowstone you have Headwaters Campground at Flagg Ranch with full hookups. It’s located between Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP. Also Colter Bay Village RV Park in Grand Teton NP has full hookups. I’ve stayed at both and recommend Colter Bay Village.
