Camping around Pocatello/Idaho Falls?

We did have reservations. I think it was full, or close to full, by the end of the day. It was late August or early September that we were there.

While I will certainly agree we are not "make as many miles as you can" type, it took us two days. But then we stopped in Provo and went to Museum of Ancient Life, then stopped at USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum between Provo and Moab.
In that area we stayed at Village of Trees near Declo ID

We stayed at the Cowboy RV Park summer before last. It is a very nice large mobile home park with front spaces reserved for overnighters only. There was lots of grass and many trees for shade, good bit of room between sites, spotless restrooms and laundry. We didn't check out the pool. We would give it a ten out of ten.
