We stayed in one of the sites right up front before you get to the office, and it was nice. I usually like staying in the back of the CGs out of the high traffic area, but I had read that some of the sites in the back weren't as large and the roads were a little hilly getting back there. We didn't really notice too much of the noise from the interstate. The shuttle to DC was well worth the money.
