If you have deep pockets & don't mind sleeping to the highway noise, by all means stay at Cherry Hill.
The real DC sleeper, once the Dulles air traffic dies down each night, & it does, is Fairfax County Park AKA Lake Fairfax Park.
Similar distance from downtown DC at a fraction of the price. No traffic noise. You would think that you are way outside the city not just outside the beltway.
