Yes, I heard about the "only for residents" retriction. I wonder if the first come, first serve parks are also BC residents only? We stayed in Strawberry Flats in Muncho Lake PP in 2016 on an Alaska trip, and it was $20 a night, for a basic no hookup parking space. It was beautiful however.
I sent an email question to the Manitoba government asking about transiting Manitoba to get west of Ontario to Alberta. Whether self isolation can be done (or is required) while crossing the province in a self contained motorhome. Might be able to make it across wthout stopping for fuel in favorable road/traffic/weather conditions.
Manitoba says self-isolation inside the motorhome is fine, and avoid all unnecessary stops, if you want to enter/transit/leave.
