They are exploiting a loophole. Justification isn’t excused by age, bad heart, lame left leg etc. In fact it shows a tremendous lack of imagination...the ability to entertain oneself at home. The “danger” is if they get really sick they will occupy a U.S. covid hospital bed. What if you are turned away from a full hospital because a Canadian that used a loophole is in it?
