It sounds like your doctor is onboard for this and your wife is, also. Go for it! Getting in warmer surroundings and sun will do her good. Work with the doctor on who to contact and what questions to ask. Staying in one place for the winter would be a lot easier than traveling. Best of luck to both of you!! You can do this!
