We stayed there one night on the way through the area so that we could tour the Arch. I really liked the convenience and would definitely stay there again. We stayed in the newer section (no grass) that has paved sites with gravel between them. They were much larger sites and I would stay in that section again. We felt very safe in the park and it is patrolled by the casino security.
You can take the casino shuttle to the entrance of the subway train. That will take you across the river bridge to the Arch. We did not have a tow vehicle with us and found the shuttle/subway to work very well. I also enjoyed being able to go over to the casino for a while that evening.
I personally had no issues finding the place and thought it was fairly easy in and out. I do tend to review satellite images of places before I go so I can get acquainted with the area and roads.
