Cell Phone Coverage at Yosemite?

Is there cell phone coverage (AT&T??) in the campgrounds (Upper, Lower, or North) near the Visitor's Center?

    I had good AT&T reception in the valley CGs last summer. Also at Glacier Point (line of sight from the valley). It was fun snapping a photo of Half Dome and sending it immediately to family members.
