Central CA campgrounds?
Looking for some suggestions for places to camp on the California Central Cost. Full hookups are not a requirement but would be nice and also close to the ocean would be great too! Thanks.

I think next year we are going to try for staying at the track. If that doesnt work out I will look into the two places you suggested. Thanks for the info.
I see in your posts that you were in Moss Landing.
If you ever go back to that area I might suggest 2 spots not far from there and very nice.
First is New Brighton State Beach. a very nice and woodsy place. As seen in the photos With some hookups and also dry Camping.
The second is Koa Santa Cruz Not like Koa Moss Landing. This place is very Kid friendly as shown in the Photos, all sorts things for the kids, friendly staff great store and you can be as close to the action as you want or as we did be in the back near the nature reserve. A great place. Also Great WI FI and cable TV
