Right now it is 73deg in Tampa. The temps were up around the mid 80's yesterday and today. Most winters, the temps are in the low to mid 70's with the occasional dip into the 40's a couple of times a year.
This is our 11th year of snowbirding in the Tampa/central Florida area and we have found that most to the time the temps and humidity are very comfortable. We usually stay until early April.
