I brought my own unlocked phone to Wind because I was not sure about there service. I wanted to be able to switch with out a penalty. So far they have been OK I do hope they soon improve there coverage in ON. I has given me good phone service in the USA. I have not used it as a hot spot as I have high speed wifi at home and in the USA park last winter I used the park wifi.
