We are heading our way back East from a cross country RV trip. We will be going near Custer, SD and would like to know of any good CG in the area to stay at that will take big rigs and are dog friend...

There are more campgrounds out there than you realize, they just dont get online for whatever reason, which makes our lives difficult.
I can confirm, Rafter J's is very nice and had everything we desire in a campground, while being very near every popular site in the are. But there were plenty more we saw that looked nice...just so hard to find if you're not actually there!
