Thousand Trails in Clermont, (Orlando) is within cart distance to a Publix grocery store which also has a pharmacy. In the same plaza are a couple of small restaurants. It is on Rt27 and a membership in Thousand Trails camping club allows you to stay there free for two weeks then move for a week, then stay for two weeks free. May be worth checking into.
