This past Thanksgiving we went to Skidaway Island and took my in-laws. We rented Cabin A for them. They have pictures on line of the interiors. They are nice "single wide" cabins with a screen porch on the end. this is the first season, so of course they are new. there are only 3 cabins. The loft area is low clearance. We had a teen staying up there and could only go around on knees, so keep that in mind. The appliances are full size and there is a small flat screen hanging on wall in living area.
Now my criticism- they are around $125 a night if I remember correctly w/o looking up price. You get no linen service, no kitchen utensils, no plates/cutlery. You have to bring everything. We had our 5th wheel and my in laws were not providing anything, so not an issue. But we have rented a cabin at Topsail Hill Preserve CG in FL and they had linen service avail, and the kitchen was nicely but simply stocked. And it was cheaper by quite a bit.
I'm sure they are rented most of the time, so if folks rent them why would they add value, but I wouldn't do it again. Skidaway is one of my favorite places - so I'm a big fan. I did send an email after our visit - never heard a response.
Good luck with your search - hope my info helps.
