Wish everyone was honest to the campgrounds. Sadly, I have been to campgrounds packed with guests, even though there is a limited car policy there are so many cars that even bike riding becomes problematic. One campground I have visited charges every car without a pass the guest fee, which is then returned if the car exits within 15 minutes. It is a problem, and I understand people feeling swindled when the guest has to pay a fee to just join you for dinner. But then again, they bring their car, crowd the campground, and enjoy the campfire and experience of dinner by the (beach/mountains/pool/whatever). Your neighbors and others in the park are impacted by the increase in guests. Is a reasonable fee really so cumbersome? What if they park outside the park and you drive them in?
