Christmas Boat Parades???
Any of you regular snow birds know of a Christmas boat parade that can be viewed from a campground? We normally go to Bermuda for this, but we'll be on the road this winter.

- Our park has "Christmas Golf Cart" parades.
You really should specify where you will be 'on the road'.
Barb - one on Lake Gaston, VA
bumpy - In FL, Punta Gorda and Venice, but not from CGs. I'm sure there are others.

That's a good question, Barb. The only hard location we have right now is Lake Worth FL around Thanksgiving. I found a website that lists 74 boat parades in Fla but I thought I'd try to narrow down the possibilities.
When we did the Bermuda parade, we stayed at a place right on the harbour, so we could watch the boats right from our room.- Demopolis, AL has a Christmas parade made up of barges that passes Foscue Creek COE Campground.
This is from a couple years ago....
Christmas on the River - One in Rockport, TX. Viewable from some RV Parks.
- Uncertain Texas has a Christmas boat parade, very near Caddo Lake State Park.
- The parade on Padre Island is viewed mostly from the restaurants.
