Christmas stuff in Texas
Hello, looking for a campground to visit over the thanksgiving break that would be close to some Christmas activities. Any suggestions? would prefer to stay at a state park but not a must...

We stayed at Cedar Ridge COE CG on Lake Belton last year for Thanksgiving and my daughter found a Christmas light display online..I forget exactly where it was but I'm thinking it was on military grounds??? It was about a 5 mile tour & was $7.00 per vehicle.
Talked to my DD & she said it was called BLORA & it was on part of Ft. Hood. Do a search for BLORA or Ft. Hood DFMWR & you find it. There was a long line getting to gate to pay, but very nice after that. We listened to Christmas music while we crept along!
