Looking for a good place to spend Christmas, preferably south of the Ohio river and north of Florida.

They all sound great. We just got back from pigeon forge, and we are going to be in Hurricane Mills koa at thanksgiving. There’s a possibility that we will be going to Austin Tx for Christmas but are looking for a back up plan. Right now we are leaning towards either Branson or Chattanooga.
In 2018 the crime rate in Chattanooga was 2.2 times the national average. Makes Branson look even better!- A few years ago we stayed at Huntington Beach State park in South Carolina. It was 80 the day we arrived. The rest of the week it was 50's and 60's but sunny. They have nature walks or something in the lodge every day.You are just down the road from Murrel's Inlet where they have some nice restaurants like Drunken Jacks.
