City Beach at Oak Harbor, Wa.
for those who come to camp at the camp grounds in Oak Harbor, Wa. the camp site will be closing for 3 years for up grades and enlargement of the park.

I'm currently on the beach in a small fishing village in Mexico expecting 6-8" of rain today and tomorrow. I've tried to send this 3 times, but with the power going out, rudimentary internet, and the heavy rain who knows if this will work?
