- jmtandemExplorer IIThere is a campground at Folsom Lake.
- Carl_n_SusanNomad IIBeal's Point at Folsom Lake has a relatively new RV campground. I think you have to call for reservations. http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=10916
- othertonkaExplorerSince your rides are in the Eldorado hills area, there is a KOA in Shingle springs that is not very far. It is called Placerville KOA. Link here.

- kalynzooExplorerWe've stayed at KOA Placerville many times when our friends lived in the area. The last time only about 2 years ago. It is adequate as a KOA. Lots of shade trees, nice pool, restaurants, shopping, and a casino nearby (not walking distance but a short drive). Last time we were there the park needed a little TLC, as the landscape was overgrown and the sites were less than perfect. But it is nice, and the staff is friendly. I would stay there again if I were in the area. It is the closest place I know of to EldoradoHills, just minutes away.
- jubymaeExplorerThanks for the info. Just what I needed to know. I think Placerville is my best shot. Thans again my fellow RV' ing friends.
