site choice won't matter much because it's first come first serve, and they are now very strict about checking in. You can't check in till 1pm. They did this recently to stop the people who would show up at 8am when the office opens and then put their tag on a site, then bring their camper later. So I suggest you be first in line as specific sites cannot be reserved.
