Cloudland canyon state park in Ga

We have been considering taking a trip to this park. How is the roads going into the park and how are the sites? Are they semi private or wide open? I pull with a f250 6.2 liter pulling a 32 foot freedom express travel trailer. Thanks for any repies on the park and campground?
  • It's a really pretty place, it should not be an issue getting in there, there are parts that are steep that you will slow way down on, but not a problem. We did come in from the Atlanta side. Depending on where you come in from you may come from the Alabama side.

Temps are hard to predict in the winter down here. It may be lows in the teens with highs in the 30's, or it may be lows in the 40's and highs in the 70's. But I feel confident it will be warmer than Ohio on that day :)
  • whats the temp in say dec, feb I,m in ohio looking for some place a little warmer yet not to far away.
  • There is 1 hair pin curve that’s bad for any camper. The camp sights are semi private. With that said it’s a very nice place. Have fun
