Funny how we ASSUME the OP is giving us the whole story. Just joined today, first post etc.. How do we know they DIDN'T tell her on the phone and at the time she either was okay, or ignored it, and now when she had to canx and lost her money, now it's an issue.

Some people sure are quick to accept the word of someone they've never met before, just based on one post.
