Well then, Im gonna smear your name all over the internet.
My only point is, everyone loves to jump on the business owner, without a second thought about what the complainer is saying or how it looks. Brand new poster, first post is a complaint.. How many of THOSE turn out accurate.
How hard is it to say can you tell me what your cancellation policy is? Most of us do it without even thinking.
Betcha a coke the OP doesn't come back.
