I once booked at a CG (no need to tell you the name, it has been taken over by the park services.) After I reserved the confirmation letter said absolutely no refunds. Well, I did end up having to cancel and that is when they told me their policy (I obviously did not bother reading the confirmation letter). I asked them where it said that on the site, before I reserved and they told me I was told after I booked. I pointed out that was unreasonable - their policy was not typical of most parks, so they should inform people before the reserve. I told her I would be taking it up with my CC company. She angrily replied "FINE! if that is the way you want to be about it, I will refund your money!" Kinda reminded me of my daughter when she was 3 (If you dont give me a cookie, I will never eat another cookie, ever!) I did not bother to tell her I would have paid for one night. I just sort of laughed and said OK (same response I used to give the 3 year old, btw)
