Since this park is in Colorado, I looked into Colorado return and refund policies. according to consumer.findlaw.com
There's no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer's return and refund policies
Doesn't say the retailer must inform you of the policy. Some states have a law that if you are not informed, then a 30 day refund policy is assumed. Apparently Colorado is not one of those.
At the end of the day, while I agree, the situation sucks for the OP, it is what it is... maybe next time they will do their due diligence.
