Colorado Campground - Beware of Cancellation Policy

Unreasonable Cancellation Policy at Dakota Ridge RV Park (outside Denver). We booked in April 2016 for an August 2016 5 night stay. We had to cancel due to illness (canceled in June). When I cancele...

Welcome to the forum. You learned a $158. lesson to check out campgrounds (before) making reservations.

It would have been a nice goodwill gesture on the RV parks part to offer credit for a future use.

I don't understand bad-mouthing a park because you did not do due-diligence. Takes a few seconds to look up the site on a smart phone.
