Colorado Campground - Beware of Cancellation Policy

I see these complaints quite a bit on this forum but it really seems simple to me.
When you make a reservation the campground is agreeing to provide you with the site you reserved for the time you reserved it. You are agreeing to pay for it.

If I make a reservation in April for the month of June then I show up in June stay 3 days and decide to leave what do you think I should pay?
