I have stayed at Dakota Ridge two times over the years. It's a nice park, well kept, and the employees are great. I can remember that both times, when making the reservations on the phone, the reservation person informed me of their cancellation policy. I would be surprised if they don't do it now.
In fact, in all the parks I have made reservations with over the past 5 years are so, have all read me their cancellation policy when I made reservations over the phone. Even when I booked them online, the park's confirmation email included their cancellation policy.
