Colorado Campground - Beware of Cancellation Policy

I reserved two spots for three nights at Rafter J and they wanted everything up front with no refund for cancellation. About 65+ per night per spot.
Very high traffic areas can get high prices and high cancellation fees. Someone will always fill the spot I guess.
