I live in the Florida Panhandle and can understand why some folks don't care for tourists. It's generally 10 percent of the tourists that give the rest a bad name. When spring breakers show up, there's a criminal element that follows them here to sell them drugs. Most of the bikers that show up for bike week are good folks, but there are a few that drive like idiots and raise hell.
I've had people stop in the road on a bridge on a six lane highway to take a picture of the water. I've seen tourists at the state park chopping down trees to make a camp fire. I've been chewed out by a tourist because the store didn't carry Canadian cigarettes. I saw one guy pull over to the side of the road, open his black water tank and drive through town dumping his sewage.
