Before any of us can respond adequately, can you advise what time of year, and how much time do you have set aside for such a trip? That's an ambitious itinerary of locations. Do you have any plan for what order you want to visit? Also, what kind/size rig do you have? That also could make a difference on recommendations, commercial vs NP or USFS CG.
