For "in/near" Commerce, you have a choice of one - - Georgia RV Park.

This park has full hook-ups and marginal wi-fi. It also has a large number of permanent residents. If you need a place for a few days or a week, it is adequate.

The next closest RV park is 30 miles or so away.

There is one RV park in Commerce, Georgia RV Park, formerly Country Boys RV Park. It is only marginally acceptable. It is a very old former KOA that receives little or no maintenance and no updating.

There are some great state parks and Corp of Engineers parks within 20 miles of Commerce, but your requirement of full hook ups leaves you with the one choice and a not very good choice.

Haste - you may be out of luck for full hookups. Up I-85 along the lake there are some State Parks but they have water/elec only. I live just a an exit or two south of Commerce and I can't think of one commercial CG close by.
There was a Pottery Barn in Commerce that had FHU but the last time I was there is was out of business.
