While we haven't left that late (we normally leave early to mid November) we stop along the way at Fireside near Auburn Indiana, Woods N Waters near Columbus Indiana and the Bowling Green KOA. They are open all winter (with full services) and two of them have semi permanent residents, all of them are close to I-65.
We have never had a problem getting a site at these places in November or in late February. You may want to run from your internal water tank overnight unless you carry a heat traced water hose as a normal water hose may freeze overnight.
