Connecticut State Parks - anyone been to these 2 recently?

So, spring fever is kicking in with a vengeance. In looking at some possible state park (dry camping or w/e if available) campgrounds, came across two that look interesting and I'm wondering if any...

Hi, We stayed at Black Rock last year. We were in the circle closest to the path to the swimming area. Liked it a lot, the sites were big, it was quiet, grandkids enjoyed the lake.
Didn't use the bathrooms so can't comment.If we could take the dog would go there often.
