Corpus Cristie and Padre Island

I was also going to mention Goose Island. We didn't like Mustang because it was out on the beach. Goose Islands have spots on the water, but they also have the sites we loved tucked into the trees/bushes. The birds were AWESOME. It was an easy drive to Corpus.. I can't remember the town that is right there but it had an AWESOME bakery with cinnamon rolls the size of dinner plates... I highly recommend Goose Island. We want to go back someday.
