Country Acres is my go to place in Lancaster.
Old Mill is great if you have young kids and can take advantage of Dutch Wonderland the adjacent amusement park.
Otherwise Old Mill is well run but the sites are a little tight and some are a bit unlevel. Not terrible, but they may require a little maneuvering.
I have never had any issues with Country Acres management.
They have a nice new section with easy to negotiate pull through sites.
