Oh yes they can return Pianotuna!! 14 day isolation but they can come and go to their hearts content outside of that according to this.

How ludicrous! What the heck is the point in closing motor vehicles (everyone in their own bubble) crossing into the USA but able to travel in confined cramped airplane spaces down to the USA?
What am I missing here folks? I don't get it.
