We hung out in the old faithful lodge when it was raining waiting for our reservation at the restaurant. It is a beautiful place. We did a tour of the hotel and the rooms. I’m sure it’s a great place to reminisce, but for what they want per night and what you get it just isn’t worth it! And I’m a huge Yellowstone fan!!! Hanging out in the hotel for a few hours is plenty to get a feel for the place.
We stayed in Fishing Bridge and it was perfect. Had my own bed and everything I wanted. Much cheaper per night than a hotel.
