Cupsuptic Lake, Maine
Has anyone been to this park and campground? Looks very interesting, I would appreciate any recommendations for sites or what to see/do while there.

- We stayed there a few days several years ago and enjoyed it. It's not a fancy place, but has everything one needs. We had a nice site overlooking the lake. Here is our review, complete with pictures.
Ted H. - I haven't been there in a while, and never by RV (only by canoe), but it is a very lovely, well laid out, not "fancy" campground. I see, from their website, that they have had some recent renovations, which can only mean improvement(s). I would take in the town of Rangeley, climb one of the many mountains in the area, and, if you don't have one, rent a canoe to paddle the area. There are many lakes in the region, and they are all connected by streams or dams, So, a trip from Cupsuptic to the surrounding lakes is always fun. Fishing is good in the Spring, but watch the Black Flies and no-see-ums.
