I applied and was accepted for the Amazon.ca Visa card. I tried to use a my US address but that was declined. It would be nice to find a card like this that allows a person to use their US address as a billing address so it could be used at gas stations. The best I have done is opening a bank account in the US and getting a credit/debit Visa card. This is called a credit card but works like a debit (no money - no sale). It does allow you to get gas using a zip code.
