I guess you have to use the "system". You have to make the reservations so far ahead, that it is usually way too soon to figure what your actual schedule is going to be... You just have to take what you can get 11 months in advance and sort it out as time gets closer ......

That's why I try to post whatever we don't end up using in the hopes somebody here can grab them.
